Returns

We want you to love our wellness beverages as much as we do. If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as damaged/dented cans or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances with the exception of returned deliveries for insufficient addresses or damage that occurred during transit.

Damaged Deliveries

For any cans that arrive damaged, we will:

  • Replace the quantity of damaged cans (if more than 3 cans) or
  • Issue a partial refund equivalent to the value of the damaged cans (if less than 3 cans) 
  • In the event that less than 3 cans have been damaged, please note that we cannot send singular cans. In this case, we will provide a partial refund, or future store credit.

Missing Deliveries

In the event of a missing delivery, please allow up to 24 hours after the carrier marks your package as “delivered,” as it may still be in transit. If your delivery does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.
